Instant Pot® Popcorn

  • Instant Pot
  • Measuring Spoon
  • Measuring Cup
  • Rubber Spatula


  • 0.5 cup Popcorn Kernels
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 0.25 tsp Salt


  • Add the olive oil to the Instant pot and press the ‘saute’ button. When the oil is hot, add the popcorn kernels and stir.
  • Put the lid on the Instant Pot (you can use the regular Instant Pot lid or a clear lid that fits on your Instant Pot so you can watch the popcorn popping!).
  • Cook the popcorn for about 5 minutes, opening the lid and stirring every now and then to evenly cook the popcorn. Once you hear the popping slow down or stop, turn the Instant Pot off
  • Add the salt and any other seasonings you’d like (garlic powder, grated cheese etc) and stir well. Serve while hot!
