Place the rice, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves in the Instant Pot®. Place the lid on the pot and seal, making sure the valve is turned to “seal”.
Press the “porridge” button on the Instant Pot® and let it cook! The Instant Pot® porridge setting should default to 20 minutes cooking time which is perfect. Once the timer goes off to indicate the pudding is done, let the Instant Pot® naturally release the pressure for ten minutes then, carefully open the steam valve and let the remaining pressure out and remove the lid.
Pour the coconut cream into the rice pudding and stir. Serve warm or allow he rice pudding to cool in the fridge before serving.
