Add the olive oil, steak, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, water and rice into your Instant Pot® bowl. Stir well. Pu the Instant Pot® lid on the machine and se the steamer valve to the ‘seal’ position. Press the ‘manual’ button and set the timer for 5 minutes on high pressure. When the cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release by carefully opening the steamer valve (be very careful as hot steam will escape from the valve as soon as you open it!).
