Equipment

  • Instant Pot
  • Measuring Spoon
  • Measuring Cup
  • Tongs
  • Fork
  • Small Bowl
  • Rubber Spatula

Ingredients

  • 4 Breasts Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless
  • 2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • 1 Cup Salsa
  • 0.5 Cup Chicken Broth

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breast inside the Instant Pot® bowl and sprinkle with the taco seasoning. Let sit for 5 minutes
  • Pour the salsa over the chicken and then add the chicken broth as well. Stir slightly and then place the lid on top if the Instant Pot®. Set the steamer valve to ‘seal’ and then press the ‘poultry’ button. Set the timer for 15 minutes.
  • When the cooking cycle is completed, let the pressure naturally release which means you can just let the pot sit- don’t even touch it! This will take about 15 more minutes. Once the pressure is released, remove the chicken from the pot and slice and serve along with the salsa from the pot. You can also use two forks to shred the chicken, mix it into the salsa and serve with tacos or burritos.

So how easy was that recipe? Easy and fantastic! If one of the steps is still a little iffy or you have questions about the ingredients or anything else, let us know in the comments below and we will answer as soon as possible!
